The staff is amazing. They really go above and beyond for their guests. They are constantly working to improve everything. There’s almost a family atmosphere, everyone takes care of each other. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are really clean, and all the new paint looks fantastic. Patrick, Andy, Nikki, Kayla. Sebastian and Eddie work non stop to make this a great place to stay. They succeed. This really is a great place to stay!
The front desk clerk is so amazing! Such excellent customer service and honestly it's one of the reasons I continue coming back here. Not to mention the beds are FANTASTIC! Plus these showers are amazing if you like them hot.
First off, Kayla at the front desk is an absolute gem. They should give her a raise. Always eager to help and good for a pleasant conversation. The rooms are clean, albeit the building is old so there’s a rustic charm to it. It’s a motel 6, not the Beverly Hills Hotel. So manage your expectations, and understand the staff are making a valiant effort to do their jobs well, which is a pleasant surprise. I’ve enjoyed my stay far more than I had initially thought I would.
By far one of the better places to stay on miller lane imo. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is clean and I've never had a issue checking into one that wasn't and the food choices around are so convenient.
The atmosphere here is great. The staff is so helpful at check in especially Kayla and checking out is a breeze. At night time if my insomnia was keeping me up Sebastian was fun to talk too. My room was clean and beds are comfortable as can be. The water is perfect for hot showers.
I've absolutely have had a wonderful time being here. Kayla is a doll at front desk and awesome to chit chat with. Location is perfect for walking to many different places. Room was clean and all the staff is excellent.
Due to a inconvenience my husband and I ended up staying here and meeting Kayla has been the best blessing out of it all. She's so helpful and a gem. Our room was clean when we arrived and have had no issues with any of the staff since staying here.
